About the role

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals, feasibility, and budget.
  • Develop accurate project cost estimates and detailed budgets to support financial planning and reporting.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to secure favorable terms.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and adjusting timelines as needed.
  • Monitor expenses, approve change orders, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Enforce high-quality standards and specifications throughout all project phases, performing regular inspections and reviews.
  • Promote and maintain job site safety by enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations and internal protocols.
  • Manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects from site preparation to final turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically in ground-up projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
