Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience in software development/DevOps
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and deployment processes
- Several years of experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Focus on programming languages such as Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go
- Ability to take on team lead responsibilities
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn

- Base salary: €80,000 - €95,000
- Target salary: €110,000 - €180,000 (revenue share, paid quarterly; realistically around €130,000 from Q2 onward)
