Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong focus on one or more programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), C# .NET, Rust, Python, or Go
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and deployment processes
- Several years of experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Outgoing and communicative
- Willing to take responsibility as a Team Lead for your team and your clients
- Possess a growth mindset and a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Convinced that your potential is far from fully realized
Benefits
- Base salary: €80,000 - €92,000
- Target compensation: €110,000 - €180,000 (revenue sharing, paid quarterly; realistically about €130,000 from Q2 onward)
