About the role
- Independently develop technical solutions for customer inquiries regarding machined hydraulic components
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations in coordination with sales management
- Provide technical consultation to customers on our product range
- Follow up on quotations, e.g., by telephone
- Manage existing customers and acquire and advise new customers, including customer visits
- Monitor deadlines and schedules for all ongoing processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineering technician, CNC lathe operator, or machining mechanic
- Professional experience in technical sales
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong service orientation
- Experience selling hydraulic products is an advantage but not required
- Negotiation skills and determination
- Confident user of MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus
