About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and supervise a large professional or technical, multi-disciplined toll technology group
- Manage all aspects of multiple projects
- Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments
- Plan, organize, develop, and maintain technical programs
- Provide technical and operational supervision across two or more technical disciplines
- Ensure technical, administrative, direct labor, and schedule targets are met
- Manage group performance, growth, and professional development
- Build client relationships and generate opportunities for new work
- Establish goals and objectives, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain staff
- Lead a group with direct and indirect supervision of at least 25, typically 35–40 or more, employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 12 years of practical experience including 4 years of supervisory experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
- 15 years practical experience preferred
- 6 years supervisory experience preferred
- Extensive history of supporting tolling agencies preferred
- Strong relationships in the toll technology industry preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility required
