About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle
Develop the scope and technical sections of proposal documents
Oversee the delivery of the project plan
Manage the budget, schedule, technical requirements, and client communications
Supervise and mentor project teams
Partner with Client Service Leaders for business development
Lead proposal development and interview presentations
Assist with scoping and contract negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
8 years of relevant experience
2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Proficiency of TxDOT criteria and standards preferred
Proficiency with Project Management Tools: BST, MS Project, OneNote, etc. preferred
