About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for development of the project scope and fee quotation
- Coordinates project activities and establishes priorities
- Prepares Summary Inspection Report of Daily activities
- Monitors contractor progress
- Resolves technical field issues
- Oversees project controls including checking contractors’ controls
- Reviews submittals for conformance to plans and specifications
- Implements the firm’s project delivery plan
- Leads the development and execution of the project management plan
- Supervises and mentors team to overall project objectives
- Provides interpretation and enforcement of contract plans and specifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 12 years of relevant experience
- All jurisdictional certificates
