About the role
- Do you have a knack for CRM and want to shape the future of digital customer relationships with us?
- As a (Senior) Salesforce Consultant, you will advise renowned clients together with our interdisciplinary team on the digital transformation of their sales and service processes.
- With your technical know-how and consulting expertise, you will develop scalable, user-centered CRM solutions based on the Salesforce platform: conceived holistically and implemented individually.
- Provide strategic advice to our clients on digitally aligning sales, service and marketing processes along the Salesforce core clouds (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and where applicable Experience Cloud).
- Analysis, design and implementation of tailor-made CRM solutions — including customization, workflow automation and integrations.
- Conduct workshops, requirements analyses and stakeholder interviews, including deriving epics and user stories.
- Configuration and testing within the Salesforce environment (declarative tools, and where applicable Apex/Flows).
- Contribute to the continuous development of the platform, prototype and test new AI-based solutions, and advise our clients on digital innovation topics.
- Collaborate with development teams, e.g. for interfaces to third-party systems such as ERP, commerce or marketing automation.
- Participate in sales activities, presales and the further development of our Salesforce service portfolio.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, (business) informatics/computer science, media or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce projects, ideally with Data Cloud or Sales and Service Cloud.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Consultant or Developer are a strong plus.
- Experience in related areas such as digital commerce, marketing automation or analytics is an advantage.
- You demonstrate confidence, strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
