- Build and nurture relationships to promote the Hlumasande Youth Centre and secure resources and collaborations.
- Engage with the broader community, stakeholders, and partners.
- Facilitate discussions, organize events, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track marketing efforts, monitor engagement metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Host and conduct social media reporting meetings.
- Manage Hlumasande Youth Centre's public image, address media inquiries, and issue press releases.
Requirements
- Work experience in marketing and communication.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional command of the English language and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in social media strategy and graphic design (Canva proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and presentation design.
- Ability to create and analyse reports.
- Can work independently.
- Knowledge in Product Marketing.
