About the role
- Building and nurturing relationships with health centres to onboard them onto the Hlthera platform.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and adoption among health centres.
- Collaborating with dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partners.
- Analysing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative strategies to enhance Hlthera’s presence.
- Representing Hlthera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to showcase the platform and forge valuable partnerships.
- Providing regular insights and performance updates to leadership, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — with a preference for those who’ve worked in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, trends, and operations.
- A passion for innovation and the drive to create impactful solutions.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages being a plus.
