What you’ll need

Degree in Systems Analysis and Information Systems, Technology degree in Analysis and Systems Development, postgraduate degree in Backend Development, Web Development, or related fields.
5 years of experience in the role.
Program in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Develop systems in Python and Django.
Program with Java or C++.
Design clean, test-driven code (TDD).
Apply design patterns such as MVC and Observer.
Use version control tools, such as GIT.
Develop complex projects involving clients, vendors, and teams.
Define clear objectives, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Think critically and solve complex problems using analysis and abstraction techniques.
Debug and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Communicate effectively with other developers, project managers, stakeholders, and other teams.
Document systems.
Present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and JIRA.
Manage sprints and interactions in complex projects.
Upskill in new technologies and frameworks.
Stay up to date with industry trends and software updates.
Apply continuous learning to real projects.
Train and mentor other team members.
Share knowledge and conduct training sessions.
Foster a culture of learning and growth within the development team.
