About the role

  • This is a remote position.
  • We are a recruitment company seeking to expand our talent network by collaborating with freelance recruiters specialized in sourcing technical, industrial, engineering, and operational profiles.
  • The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for managing assigned recruitment processes: sourcing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates to fill specific vacancies in technical and industrial areas, ensuring quality and speed in each process.
  • Analyze the job description and understand the technical requirements of the requested profile.
  • Design and implement talent sourcing and attraction strategies.
  • Evaluate candidates through phone or virtual interviews.
  • Present shortlists of qualified candidates to the company.
  • Follow up on the process until the candidate receives final approval.

Requirements

  • Be a freelance/independent contractor with the ability to invoice.
  • Have your own work tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing platforms.
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment (360°) or headhunting, preferably in technical, industrial, or engineering sectors.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be well-organized, and results-oriented.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel.
