**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Structured Products Sales team as an Assistant. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist in the pricing of structured products across various asset classes
Support the generation and analysis of trade ideas tailored to client needs
Collaborate in the creation and refinement of marketing materials and product documentation
Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations
Liaise with internal teams to support the sales workflow

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Candidate Profile:**
Recent graduate or early-stage professional (0–1 year experience in finance)
Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, and investment products
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, VBA or Python is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Italian is a plus
Eligible to work in the UK
