About the role

  • Support real estate fund managers through qualitative and quantitative analyses to manage and optimize performance
  • Further develop and optimize planning, analysis, and control models in close cooperation with Controlling, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Research, Tax, and Structuring teams
  • Responsible for the ongoing controlling of an assigned sub-portfolio
  • Prepare internal and external reporting as well as investor-specific analyses; present results to committees, investors, and tenders/RFPs
  • Ensure compliance with investment law requirements, including preparation of annual reports and regulatory filings

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification with economic or financial emphasis
  • Initial professional experience and knowledge in analyzing fund- and real-estate-related issues; ideally at an asset management company
  • Experience working with complex Excel and data models
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Interest in macroeconomic contexts and capital markets topics, and a solid understanding of the real estate asset class
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, team orientation and an independent working style
