About the role

  • Support for fund managers in the fund-of-funds management area (multi‑manager business) through qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Support in the further development and optimization of planning, analysis and control models in close cooperation with Controlling, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Research, Tax and Structuring teams
  • Responsibility for the ongoing controlling of an assigned sub‑portfolio
  • Maintenance and continuous updating of databases on target funds and fund managers
  • Preparation of presentations for committee meetings and tenders for new mandates
  • Preparation of internal and external reporting and investor‑specific analyses and presentation of the results

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or a comparable qualification with an economic or financial focus
  • Ideally, initial relevant professional experience in the real estate sector and knowledge in analysing fund‑ and real‑estate‑related issues
  • Experience working with complex Excel models is advantageous
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills as well as organisational ability
  • Interest in macroeconomic relationships and capital markets topics and a solid understanding of the real estate asset class
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, team‑orientated and able to work independently
  • Good written and spoken English
