About the role

  • Develop and manage tax processes in the real estate sector
  • Prepare tax returns for partnerships and corporations
  • Coordinate external tax advisors and review incoming tax returns
  • Support tax audits and conduct appeal proceedings
  • Independently handle special tax-related topics
  • Represent tax matters in various projects across the HIH Group

Requirements

  • Degree with a focus on taxation (e.g., Business Administration, Business Law, Law, or Diplom-Finanzwirt/-in) or completed vocational training with further qualification as a Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt/-in)
  • Minimum of two years’ professional experience in a tax department, an accounting/audit firm or a tax office
  • Structured and reliable working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Confident use of MS Office; ideally initial experience with DATEV
  • Good written and spoken English
