About the role
- Recording, reviewing and processing travel expense and reimbursement claims, as well as preparing the related payment runs.
- Ensuring travel expenses and reimbursements comply with company policies.
- Supporting tax reporting, data entry, and the maintenance and preparation of summary overviews.
- Archiving receipts and supporting documents in our data management system.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or you are generally available to support as a student assistant.
- Availability to work an average of 20 hours per week (as a working student) or approximately 10 hours per week.
- Independent and self-motivated working style.
- Initial practical experience through internships or similar positions is desirable.
