About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, appropriately and timely documenting the sessions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans
  • Regularly assess and document patient progress toward goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic therapeutic approaches
  • Deliver or learn Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical-service documentation in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Operate within the core values of respect and care for others
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures
  • Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
  • Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
