About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, appropriately and timely documenting the sessions
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans
- Regularly assess and document patient progress toward goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic therapeutic approaches
- Deliver or learn Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical-service documentation in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards
- Operate within the core values of respect and care for others
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures
- Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supports
- Commitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
