About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct initial patient assessments to determine suitability for TMS therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
  • Perform TMS therapy sessions according to established protocols and safety standards
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certified Medical Assistant - Required
  • Certification or training in TMS administration preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • EHR (Athena) experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals experiencing mental health disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and licensure requirements
