About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with assigned Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business and ensure positive account relationships
- Assist in preparing benefit design analyses for specialized proposals and quotes
- Run financial reports and perform basic financial analysis on utilization data and market research
- Develop detailed specifications for implementing new products for clients
- Conduct enrollment meetings during account renewal when needed
- Analyze operational business problems, resolve issues, and recommend alternative account solutions
- Leverage internal resources for service and problem resolution
- Collaborate with Sales Support Analysts to ensure accurate account processing, setup, and service delivery
- Develop work plans, documents, and processes for account implementation communications
- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day account service issue resolution
- Support customers during sales contract implementation and throughout the relationship
- Adapt procedures and processes to complex requirements
- Provide direction to other incumbents
- Solve complex problems using broad perspectives and innovative solutions
- Travel as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 or more years of related, progressive experience
- State specific Producer License’s for Life, Accident & Health are required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire
