About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups in analyzing project goals, creating delivery plans, and driving consulting team members, client stakeholders/SMEs, and third parties toward outcomes
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles
  • Develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, team goals, team norms, success criteria, and milestones
  • Create engagement deliverables and oversee deliverables developed by transformation consultants
  • Conduct discovery meetings, collect requirements, and establish mutual understanding of client needs
  • Create and position solutions addressing client needs
  • Help with performance management, coaching, and targeted development activities for project team members in collaboration with group leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7 years of experience in the Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar consulting-oriented corporate/private equity experience OR 5 years of directly applicable experience in a leading global management consulting or specialized boutique consulting firm
  • 3 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects of varying size and complexity
  • 3 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to leverage exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills across verbal, written, and PowerPoint mediums
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Excellent facilitation skills and collaborative working ability
  • Flexible working style; comfortable working in team environments or autonomously
  • Orientation toward execution and ability to make progress despite constraints or roadblocks
  • Ability to have difficult conversations
