About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned patients
  • Conduct comprehensive individual evaluations for assigned patients
  • Complete documentation according to regulatory requirements, including treatment plans and progress notes
  • Attend required departmental and hospital meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

  • Comply with HIPAA, privacy policies, information security guidelines, the Code of Business Conduct, and applicable laws

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other Behavioral Specialist license
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
  • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Compliance with HIPAA, privacy policies, information security guidelines, the Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, and company policies
  • Preferred: Older Adults Protective Services Act (OAPSA) clearance
  • Preferred: Prior counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
