About the role
- Responsible for definition, planning, and delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and management of interdependencies.
- Directs the efforts of employees and contractors to deliver solutions for the business.
- Works with business and technical organizations to determine program strategy and approach.
- Organizes, plans, and maintains program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities and projects.
- Assembles and leads project teams and develops comprehensive program plans.
- Works with executive sponsor and business owner to achieve program objectives.
- Monitors, evaluates, and reports on program status including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Directs corrective action to maintain program viability and delivers presentations of project status.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum High school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a project manager role for application development projects.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- PMI certification.
- Must comply with HIPAA, Notice of Privacy Practices, Privacy Policies and Procedures, and Information Security Policy.
- Ability to protect covered information, cardholder data, and other confidential customer information.
