Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, roll out, and support the assigned Epic application(s)
Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation
Communicate with system end-users to understand issues and implement solutions
Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support the needs of Epic software
Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications
Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills in managing priorities
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks
Associates degree required (or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience (preferred)
Epic Application Certification within 6 months (required)
