Key responsibilities & impact

Manage job board postings across the organization on varying platforms
Conduct targeted research to identify physicians with specific specialties, sub-specialties or geographic preferences
Initiate sourcing campaigns by crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages
Manage position intake and create job board postings/position
Build partnerships with external organizations to grow the pipeline of graduating residents/fellows into AHN
Compile market intelligence by gathering insights into the competitive landscape, compensation trends and physician preferences
Maintain & upload essential data into ATS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area or relevant experience as determined by the company
1 year of experience in the research and sourcing field, or recruiting/ Talent Acquisition
1 year of experience in Physician Recruitment Sourcing
