About the role

  • Manage job board postings across the organization on varying platforms
  • Conduct targeted research to identify physicians with specific specialties, sub-specialties or geographic preferences
  • Initiate sourcing campaigns by crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages
  • Manage position intake and create job board postings/position
  • Build partnerships with external organizations to grow the pipeline of graduating residents/fellows into AHN
  • Compile market intelligence by gathering insights into the competitive landscape, compensation trends and physician preferences
  • Maintain & upload essential data into ATS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area or relevant experience as determined by the company
  • 1 year of experience in the research and sourcing field, or recruiting/ Talent Acquisition
  • 1 year of experience in Physician Recruitment Sourcing
