About the role

  • Perform management responsibilities including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity.
  • Lead Strategic Vision for Digital Care Delivery: Drive the architectural shift towards a virtualized hospital model.
  • Operate and Expand the AHN Virtual Hospital: Oversee the complex operational entity of the AHN Virtual Hospital, including its P&L accountability.
  • Deploy & Scale Advanced Digital Technologies: Lead the implementation, optimization, and scaling of digital health technologies, including Agentic AI.
  • Advance Population Health & Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data ecosystems to proactively close care gaps and manage chronic conditions.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships and System Integration to ensure seamless integration of virtual care services.
  • Maintain Active Clinical Practice to engage in continued part-time clinical practice.

Requirements

  • Medicine (MD or DO)
  • 5 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a large, complex healthcare delivery system or integrated delivery network.
  • 5 years of direct experience designing, launching, and scaling virtual care programs
  • Demonstrated understanding of the current AI landscape, cloud platforms, and interoperability standards.
  • Proven track record of taking a digital pilot and scaling it to an enterprise-wide standard of care.
  • Active, unrestricted PA Medical License
  • Preferred: Board Certification in Clinical Informatics (ABPM)
