About the role
- Guide the definition and delivery of capabilities related to the Epic Payer Platform
- Lead and guide a cross-functional team in the development and delivery of high-quality technology products
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Manage the product backlog and ensuring successful product launches
- Mentor other Product Owners and communicate product updates to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar discipline
- 5 years of Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting or Design Thinking OR Product Development & Management, Project/Program Management
- Ability to work with external clients/ foster positive relationships and outcomes
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
