- Lead the strategic transformation and optimization of workforce operations across enGen
- Establish robust frameworks for tracking hours, managing financial allocations, and ensuring efficient resource deployment
- Partner closely with Business Operations function in Finance for key financial metrics, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for tracking all workforce hours and financial allocations
- Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives for workforce operations
Requirements
- 10 years of Management or leadership role
- 10 years of experience in two or more significant business or operational functions
- 10 years of experience with operations service monitoring technology for workforce planning capabilities
- 7 years of determining performance metrics, performance monitoring reports, remediation plans and related management controls
- 5 years of experience working or supporting a large financial segment
