About the role
- Lead multiple geographically dispersed HR Shared Services teams
- Oversee key aspects of the HR operational infrastructure
- Manage planning, resourcing, execution, and communication of HR teams
- Ensure processes are documented, controlled, and continuously improved
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COE) partners for efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- 4+ years of experience providing guidance and leadership to a team
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong understanding of HR technology and systems
