About the role

  • Lead multiple geographically dispersed HR Shared Services teams
  • Oversee key aspects of the HR operational infrastructure
  • Manage planning, resourcing, execution, and communication of HR teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 4+ years of experience providing guidance and leadership to a team
  • 5+ years of management/leadership experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of HR technology and systems
