About the role
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve discrepancies
- Process and maintain membership data
- Manage multiple production oriented tasks
- Perform billing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities
- Create and distribute membership/billing materials to clients/members
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED required
- 3 years of related, progressive experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in Billing/Enrollment and/or Customer Service preferred
- Excellent customer service/phone skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
