About the role
- Deliver high-impact analytics and insights focused on Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- Support the development and evolution of enterprise SDOH dashboards and self-service analytic tools
- Serve as a consultative analytic partner to the Enterprise SDOH team
- Support advanced analysis of varied and multilevel data
- Develop insights that inform program design and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Pharmacy or closely related field
- 5 years of leading design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting
- 5 years with coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
- 3 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
- 3 years of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders
- Applied experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
- Experience developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
