About the role
- Develop, implement, and continually refine customer data product strategy
- Define, develop, and execute the strategy for core customer data products
- Lead a team of product managers and analysts focused on customer data
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify unmet needs
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting
- 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role
- Proven leadership in developing and executing data product strategies
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data quality, governance, and data-driven culture principles
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
