About the role
- Develop the overall project management strategy for product implementation or project completion.
- Work collaboratively with the practice administration and outside representatives required to complete the project.
- Research and determine priorities needed to support the project to completion.
- Organize teaching sessions when applicable to staff members.
- Act as a resource to current supervisory personnel.
- Understand and organize practice expansion requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Direct, organize and coordinate all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas and site visits including: travel and hotel reservations, clinic, hospital and community tours, appointments with physicians, lunch/dinner reservations.
- Assist with candidate reimbursement process for incidental expenses incurred by candidate or spouse/significant other.
- Provide reporting to institute director regarding candidate Assist strategic sourcing for hard to fill positions by utilizing various recruitment sourcing tools.
- Assist recruiters with distributing announcements, mailings, and other mass communications for physician vacancies.
- Perform complex administrative duties relative to physician recruitment, including composing correspondence, and coordinating resources across corporate functions.
- Continually develop and improve upon processes, procedures, policies, and techniques to recruit providers.
- Research and assist in all preparation and coordination efforts for off-site recruitment events, including both regional/national conferences and other physician recruitment opportunities.
- Create a positive candidate experience and continuously explore areas of improvement.
- Create and distribute candidate welcome folders to various departments for onsite visits.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of healthcare management including conflict management and resource allocation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient in multitasking with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong background in all aspects of the healthcare service industry involving a physician practice to include general, clinical, and technical knowledge.
- Strong background in MS word and excel programs.
- Willingness to travel.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field
