- The Associate Strategy Partner plays different potential roles on a given project, to include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, market analysis, team development, communication, and implementation.
- This position is based out of the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday.
- Supports key strategic initiatives across Enterprise.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, Public Health or closely related discipline or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Public Health.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in Consulting.
- 3 years of experience in the Health Care Industry.
- 3 years of experience in Cross-Functional Project Teams.
