About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Systems and Accreditation Services team at Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
- Organize and track initiatives while participating in data analysis and reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to optimize sharing of information with HLC stakeholders.
- Transform data into meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement to contribute to the quality of higher education.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency with Tableau, or other data visualization tools strongly preferred
- Experience with coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills using a variety of communication channels
- Strong attention to details related to data and processes
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and assist with prioritizing tasks
- Demonstrates a collaborative, team-first approach and a willingness to step in whenever needed to support projects, processes or organizational priorities
- Experience with business process mapping is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience
