About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy across various modalities
- Deliver treatment via individual, couple, child and adolescent, and manualized group treatment
- Maintain quality and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care
- Participate in clinical supervision and training to develop competence in eight professional practice dimensions
- Maintain effective working relationships with the Clinical Director, co-workers, and community stakeholders
- Participate in on-call services per HCBH rotation, adhering to defined procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in a Human-Services related field
- Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in the State of Wyoming and/or Idaho; OR state-recognized certification in the field of addiction
- Knowledge and understanding of competent treatment , including administering clinical evaluations, treatment planning, appropriate referrals, service coordination, documentation practices, and professional ethics
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for HCBH insurance coverage(s)
- Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.
