About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based outpatient treatment services designed to produce desired results
- Deliver care from your home office via secure virtual platforms
- Maintain quality, thorough, and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care within the EHR
- Participate actively in clinical supervision and training to develop deep competence across eight professional practice dimensions
- Maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Director, administrative staff, co-workers, and community stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree in a Human Services-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in both the State of Wyoming and the State of Idaho
- High comfort level with technology, virtual care platforms (Zoom), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Office 365
- Strong clinical understanding of evaluations, treatment planning, service coordination, documentation standards, and professional ethics
- High degree of organizational skill, sharp attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.
