About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide evidence-based outpatient treatment services designed to produce desired results
Deliver care from your home office via secure virtual platforms
Maintain quality, thorough, and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care within the EHR
Participate actively in clinical supervision and training to develop deep competence across eight professional practice dimensions
Maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Director, administrative staff, co-workers, and community stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree in a Human Services-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
Licensed or licensable to practice therapy in both the State of Wyoming and the State of Idaho
High comfort level with technology, virtual care platforms (Zoom), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Office 365
Strong clinical understanding of evaluations, treatment planning, service coordination, documentation standards, and professional ethics
High degree of organizational skill, sharp attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Successful completion of pre-employment screening and background check.
