About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR processes, including payroll entries, benefits administration, and employee support;
- Maintain and update Excel controls, ensuring organization and reliability of information;
- Monitor benefits for newly hired employees;
- Assist with cost control and benefits utilization;
- Assist employees with clarity and empathy, advising on benefits and internal policies;
- Assist in the analysis and improvement of benefits processes;
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for managerial follow-up;
- Support vendor interactions, ensuring quality in the flow of information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (completed);
- Excel skills (intermediate level — data organization and analysis);
- Analytical mindset (even at an entry level);
- College/university studies in progress preferred.
