About the role

  • Sustainable, strategic design of innovative AI and data solutions across the entire value chain
  • Continuous analysis of trends and developments in AI and data, and translating them into technology strategies for HICO and our clients
  • Establishment/expansion of an AI competence center and promotion of an innovation culture and AI expertise across the company

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre-sales
  • Solid knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning and generative models, and practical experience applying AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
  • Degree in Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js or a similar language
  • At least one year of experience developing AI strategies and solutions
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Very good German and English language skills (at least B2+/C1)
  • Residence in Southern Germany or willingness to relocate to Southern Germany
