About the role

  • Financial responsibility and team leadership for the Data & Cloud Consulting unit in Switzerland
  • Project management, design and implementation of complex data warehouse (DWH) projects
  • Project responsibility for globally operating enterprise clients
  • Close collaboration within the leadership team and international consultant teams
  • Support clients from presales through company-wide rollouts
  • Travel requirement of approximately 1–2 days per week

Requirements

  • Preferred: solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies in environments such as Qlik, Talend, Azure, MS Fabric, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
  • Additional advantageous skills: knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Jedox, Tableau
  • Initial experience in building teams or first leadership experience, or experience as a deputy team lead, as well as experience dealing with C-level stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Several years of consulting experience (4+ years desirable); flexibility and willingness to travel required
  • Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, with extensive experience in Business Intelligence or Data Management
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to present complex matters clearly
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
