About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to all event inquiries promptly, professionally, and in alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct site tours and client meetings to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate, social, and repeat clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual event sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry through event execution.
- Create detailed event proposals, BEOs, floor plans, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate event details, updates, and communication in the CRM or event management system.
- Ensure all events adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and operational capabilities.
- Manage event deposits, billing, and final payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, menus, and event documentation.
- Analyze event performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food & beverage, and event logistics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
