About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze financial and business performance figures and their variances
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Perform project, cost and measures controlling
- Maintain and further develop the reporting system
- Support all activities related to the preparation of the separation accounts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist with accounting tasks
- Prepare standard reports for management and committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed relevant university degree in Controlling / Accounting or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, profitability and variance analyses, and budgeting
- Confident use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases, business intelligence tools)
- Ideally experience with common ERP systems (preferably Sage 100) and financial reporting systems (e.g., LucaNet)
- Strong analytical skills; independent, solution-oriented, structured and meticulous
- Sense of responsibility and commitment to the role
- Very good German and English language skills
