About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze financial and business management figures and their variances
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets
- Conduct project, cost and measures controlling (monitoring implementation of actions)
- Support and further develop the reporting system
- Support the preparation of separation accounts
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting
- Collaborate with the accounting department
- Prepare standard reports for management and committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed relevant university degree in Controlling / Accounting or comparable experience
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, profitability and variance analyses, and budgeting
- Confident use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases, Business Intelligence tools)
- Strong IT affinity and proficiency
- Ideally experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage 100) and financial reporting systems (e.g., LucaNet)
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Excellent German and English skills
