Key responsibilities & impact

In research, you will work on the chair's research projects, with your (cumulative) doctoral thesis being an integral part of these projects.
In teaching, you will support various courses and supervise students on master's theses and practical projects.

What you’ll need

You have completed—or will soon complete—a master's degree with a focus in psychology, business/economics, or the social sciences, and have done so successfully and in a timely manner.
You have solid methodological training (qualitative or quantitative).
You are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for academic research.
You demonstrate initiative and commitment combined with a conscientious working style.
Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
