About the role

  • In research, you will work on the chair's research projects, with your (cumulative) doctoral thesis being an integral part of these projects.
  • In teaching, you will support various courses and supervise students on master's theses and practical projects.

Requirements

  • You have completed—or will soon complete—a master's degree with a focus in psychology, business/economics, or the social sciences, and have done so successfully and in a timely manner.
  • You have solid methodological training (qualitative or quantitative).
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for academic research.
  • You demonstrate initiative and commitment combined with a conscientious working style.
  • Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
