Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the QSE Management System
- Ensure document control (procedures, work instructions, records)
- Act as the quality referent for R&D projects and for commercial tender responses
- Participate in non-conformity analysis to identify root causes
- Monitor and follow up corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Coordinate the collection of customer satisfaction feedback
- Lead updates to the DUERP (Single Document for Occupational Risk Assessment)
- Drive CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
- Challenge and contribute to the company’s carbon footprint assessment
- Raise awareness and support teams regarding QSE requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in an industrial field, project management, or from a design office/testing laboratory background
- Ideally have previous experience in a quality role within an industrial environment
- Experience in sectors such as aeronautics, defense, optics, or electronics
- Good knowledge of quality standards, notably ISO 9001 and EN 9100 (or equivalent)
- Comfortable with office software and key quality tools (5P, FMEA/AMDEC, RETEX, 8D problem-solving)
- Excellent written communication skills, with attention to clarity, concision and completeness
- Fluent English is desired to enable effective communication
