About the role

  • Join the Electro-Optical Testing R&D team to design characterization and calibration equipment for optronic systems
  • Participate in mechanical design project phases: technical specifications, 3D design in SolidWorks, drafting, mock-ups, testing, and tolerancing
  • Identify and manage subcontractors: setup, commissioning, production ramp-up in Igny, documentation, and prototyping
  • Collaborate with project managers and other disciplines such as Mechanical, Optronics, Electronics, and Software/IT

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent
  • Recognized for your mechanical skills
  • Proficient with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
  • Ideally experienced in industrial drafting and technical drawing
  • Curious with a strong technical-scientific background
  • A strong interest in experimentation
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Good level of English for verbal and written communication with English-speaking teams or clients
