About the role
- Join engineers and technicians specialized in optics, electronics, mechanics and software
- Design products for the characterization and calibration of optronic (electro‑optical) equipment
- Specify, model and develop innovative optical systems
- Be responsible for achieving product performance targets
- Actively participate in the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation of our metrology laboratory
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and departments within the company
- Provide technical support to Production and Customer Support teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) or higher (engineering degree or PhD)
- At least 5 years’ significant experience in metrology within an industrial R&D environment
- Proven scientific rigor and strong technical writing skills
- Preferably experience in an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited laboratory
- Curious, with a strong technical‑scientific background and a keen interest in experimentation
- Good level of English required for oral and written communication with teams and English‑speaking clients
