About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and execution of projects for decentralized energy supply solutions for commercial and industrial clients as well as neighborhood (district) supply, using boiler systems, CHP (combined heat and power) units, refrigeration systems, waste heat recovery from industrial processes, heat pumps, ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) systems, steam generation, pellet and wood-fired systems, photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems
Detailed design and permitting
Preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities/specifications
Construction supervision
Ensuring occupational health and safety
Commissioning management
Review and verification of documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Services/Utility Engineering or a comparable qualification
You are flexible, helpful, communicative and a good team player
You have an independent, self-driven working style
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good spoken and written German language skills
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Valid driving license (car)
