About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handling new-build and refurbishment projects for energy supply in service phases 3–8 (design to completion)
Preparation of construction drawings in 2D and 3D
Regulatory approval planning for technical buildings related to energy supply
Preparation of tender documents
Cross-disciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Schedule planning and cost monitoring
Construction supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a completed degree or technician qualification in Architecture or Civil Engineering (building construction)
You are flexible, helpful, open and a strong team player
You have a self-directed, independent working style
Preferably proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or the tendering software ORCA
Good verbal and written German language skills
