About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling new-build and refurbishment projects for energy supply in service phases 3–8 (design to completion)
- Preparation of construction drawings in 2D and 3D
- Regulatory approval planning for technical buildings related to energy supply
- Preparation of tender documents
- Cross-disciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule planning and cost monitoring
- Construction supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a completed degree or technician qualification in Architecture or Civil Engineering (building construction)
- You are flexible, helpful, open and a strong team player
- You have a self-directed, independent working style
- Preferably proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or the tendering software ORCA
- Good verbal and written German language skills
