About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handling new-build and refurbishment projects for energy supply across design phases 3–8
Preparation of 2D and 3D construction drawings
Approval/permitting planning for technical energy supply buildings
Preparation of tender and procurement documents
Cross-disciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Scheduling and cost control
Construction supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree or a technical engineering qualification in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering (building construction)
You are flexible, helpful, open-minded and a good team player
You have an independent, self-driven working style
Preferably proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or ORCA tendering software
Good verbal and written communication skills in German
